- Thank you for using Fengye Hardware Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. - 1. Please keep our warranty card (user stub) and printout of invoice/official receipt/sales receipt.
- Customers must keep our online platform receipt to receive maintenance.
- All information cannot be altered. When repair service is required, you must provide the above documents before it will be accepted.
- 2. The free warranty period of the product is as follows, starting from the invoice date. The free warranty does not include consumable parts and accessories such as carbon brushes.
- Note: This location only handles products sold by our company. Products not purchased from this website will be rejected. Please contact the merchant where you purchased the product.
